When you stay here with us, you're certain to feel right at home. We enjoy a peaceful setting amid a nature preserve, with delightful views of the surrounding countryside. The center of town is within convenient reach, just a short bus ride or a five-minute drive away. The bus station is very close by as well, as are 2 restaurants. Our guests can avail themselves of parking right in front of the building, as well as sunbathing lawns and a sandbox for the little ones to play in. Interested in an excursion? If so, we can organize bus tours with free pick-up from our front door, or we can reserve your concert tickets for you. As our guests, you can also make use of our complimentary loaner bikes.

All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, TV, radio, hair drier, kettle, while some also feature a fridge and balcony. The holiday apartment is 36 m2 and is divided into 2 rooms, including a shower/WC and small kitchenette.
Guests who enjoy an active, sports-oriented vacation will discover an array of fun possibilities in the immediate vicinity:

• cycling
• jogging in the nature preserve
• hiking and climbing, either on the Untersberg or elsewhere in the region
• horseback riding at the Moos Riding Stables
• Leopoldskron swimming pool
